Based at: Fold House, 3 Redburn Square, Holywood, BT18 9HZ

Hours: 35 hours per week

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of one years' experience of front-line customer service
  And; Minimum 6 months experience of telephone based work in a key performance indicator (KPI) driven environment.
• Extensive practical experience / use of Microsoft Office.
