Essential Criteria:
- Previous catering experience in a commercial environment, to include cooking and food preparation.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements in a catering environment.
- Knowledge of principals of food hygiene and storage/service.
- Awareness of dietary requirements of elderly and special dietary needs
