Invitation to Quote - Design & Delivery of a Youth Engagement Programme

Carrickfergus Borough Council is currently seeking quotations and proposals from suitably qualified and competent suppliers for the design and delivery of an innovative ‘Off the Street’ Youth Engagement Programme aimed specifically at ‘unattached’ young people in the Woodburn and Sunnylands communities.

Contract Period

Those seeking to submit a proposal and quotation must be able to develop and deliver the entire programme by 31st March 2015.

It is hoped that additional funding will be sought to sustain the project beyond this period however for the purposes of this contract the programme will terminate on 31st March 2015.
