Co-Ownership funding opportunity

Funding is open to organisations in the housing association sector, that are interested in working with Co-Ownership Housing to deliver a project in one of the following areas: 

• Helping regenerate, rebuild and revitalise neighbourhoods and communities.
• Supporting elderly and disabled people in need of housing
• Providing advice and educational services to promote either financial capability and inclusion, energy efficiency or biodiversity in the community.

The entire fund can be spent on a single project, or divided equally between two or more separate projects.

Organisations that wish to apply, must demonstrate the need for the project and potential benefits. They must also provide a social impact report once the project is complete.

Deadline for applications is 12 May 2017.
