Two weeks left to enter the 2015 STAR Awards
The STAR Awards (Showcasing Teamwork, Awarding Recognition) are an awards initiative coordinated by AONTAS as part of the annual Adult Learners' Festival to acknowledge the fantastic work undertaken by adult learning projects throughout Ireland.
The awards celebrate the positive contribution that these projects make to our society, our economy and our local communities. 9 awards in total will be granted to adult learning projects based within the island of Ireland. An award will be given to one small/medium project and one large project in each province. There will also be one nationwide award.
Nominations are invited from throughout the country from adult learning organisations, community and voluntary groups, the private sector, government agencies, statutory bodies and non-government organisations.
