The awards are FREE to enter and aim to recognise and celebrate organisations that provide family-friendly working practices. From flexible working policies to employee benefits like Childcare Vouchers, or anything else that helps employees to balance their work and family lives.

The winners will be announced at an Awards Ceremony in Belfast City Hall in September.
