Northern Ireland Appeals Advisory Committee - Recruitment of new members
We have just begun a recruitment exercise for new members of the BBC’s local Appeals Advisory Committee. Up to six vacancies are available, most of them with immediate effect.
We need people with a diverse mix of skills and expertise who can assist the work of BBC Children in Need and the allocation of Broadcast Appeals slots on BBCNI television, radio and online. Members should have knowledge of the community and voluntary sectors, including issues affecting children and young people.
Committee membership involves a time commitment of between 6-8 days/year. These roles are unpaid, but all reasonable travel and out of pocket expenses will be met.
Appointments to the Committee will be independently assessed.
