Cinemagic Young Consultants Wanted for Summer Film Critics Panels!

Cinemagic Young Consultants Wanted for Summer Film Critics Panels

Cinemagic has launched its annual call for young film enthusiasts to take on the role of ‘film consultants’ in July (26th-31st) and help select and programme a series of films for the Cinemagic International Film and Television Festival programme for Young People that takes place in Belfast from 9th October-4th November 2015. The Festival will include new film screenings from around the world, filmmaking workshops, competitions, masterclasses and exciting film education events for young people.

The participants in the young consultants programme in association with Gentle Dental, will work with the Cinemagic team in Belfast to help steer the choice of films for the Festival, as they watch and critique films from around the globe! If you are a budding film critic who would enjoy the opportunity to spend time with Cinemagic, this is a fantastic opportunity to meet other likeminded young people and have fun deciding the content of the largest film festival for young people in the UK and Ireland.

Chris Shaw, Cinemagic Programmer said “The young film consultants will have the opportunity to watch and review international films guided by the Cinemagic team in Belfast and there will be lots of opportunities for discussion and debate. The young people will also contribute ideas for the festival programme and help with the promotion of festival events.”
