Hands That Talk is a local charity that seeks to promote increased awareness of issues affecting people who are deaf, or have hearing impairments. The charity was set up in Limavady in 2000 and offers a range of services and activities including: interpreter skills training, a children’s club, computing, first aid and sign language courses and social events.
