Autism NI's We Think Safe website provides safety activities, facts and education for young people in an accessible and fun way. The website has recently been updated with lots of new resources & interactive games to help young people learn about safety.

As part of the ‘Young People, Autism and Justice programme, Autism NI have created the new 'We Think Safe' website for young people to learn more about how to stay safe as they develop into adulthood.

The ‘We Think Safe to Stay Safe’ website provides safety activities, facts and education for young people in an accessible and fun way. The website has been recently updated with lots of resources and activities topics like keeping your money safe, stranger safety, staying safe in the community and on your bike, and how to communicate with others.  Young people can also share their views and experiences by creating content that may be added to the site. There are also new interactive games and quizzes so that young people can see how much they really know about safety.

Feedback suggests that not only is the website really useful for young people, but many parents and professionals also find the website a valuable resource for helping to teach young people about safety.
