Training Officer

Springboard has been operating over 25 years creating and delivering innovative programmes that build good relations/diversity, personal development & citizenship for young people.  We wish to invite applications for the following position (2017-2021).  Please note post is being advertised subject to receiving the necessary funding.

 TRAINING OFFICER £25951

 Full time (37.5 hours per week)

 The Training Officer will have responsibility for design and delivery of accredited learning.

 Key criteria for the successful candidate includes:

•  Recognised teaching / training / youth work qualification, Level 3 or higher and minimum of two years’ full-time experience of working with young people in 16-24 age range OR five years’ full-time experience of working with young people aged 16-24 years.

• Two years’ experience of accreditation frameworks and qualification development and delivery
