Support Worker Southern Trust Area

This service is offered to over 25's and families throughout the Southern Area. The purpose of the service is to enable continuation of independent living within the home in the community for individuals who may be experience housing difficulties by providing floating support in the community individually as well as being part of a high quality Support Team. We work closely with our stakeholders, NIHE, and other external agencies daily to ensure highest outcomes are achieved at all times. Minimum of 1 years' experience of housing or social care. Strong self-organisation skills. Ability to communicate confidently at all levels (internal/external). Full EU driving licence to fulfil duties. IT literate. Problem solving skills and able to demonstrate flexible working to overcome barriers. Able to be flexible on approach to work and adaptable to change. Ability to work flexibly, including being available for the On Call rota.
