Shopmobility NI are seeking to recruit a dynamic individual and experienced person to take forward and develop our network. The post holder will be the Network officer, managing the action plan and resources to provide an effective Shopmobility NI network
In conjunction with the S.N.I Development Plan and Committee, you will support the Shopmobility network throughout the region. You will manage budgets, administration tasks, organise SNI meetings and training courses in pursuit of objectives and values.
SPECIFIC TASKS
Development Work
1 The development and forward planning around the development plan.
2 Work in partnership with members and potential new members and groups.
3 Establish effective communication, media profile and build relationships with a range of stakeholders regarding issues relevant to schemes and users.
4 Utilise a variety of media to communicate with service users and schemes.
5 Ensure the website and SNI Directory is kept up to date.
Monitoring and evaluation
6 To complete all monitoring requirements and collate statistics accurately and within specific time frames.
7 Regular reporting to S.N.I Committee and sub groups.
8 Support schemes to evaluate the success of projects.
9 Complete an annual work plan detailing outcomes, targets and deadlines.
Other responsibilities of post
10 Co-ordinate and manage SNI meetings.
11 Maintain databases as appropriate.
12 To promote best practice as outlined in the Statement of Assurance manual.
13 Assist in developing a range of training programmes for members.
14 Assist in managing the resources required for the development plan.
15 To develop areas of Shopmobility that meets the needs of funders, affiliated organisations and service users.
