To assist in the development, and maintenance of the administration of Holy Trinity Centre
Principal Duties
- To maintain effective communication channels within the organisation and outside organisations
- To assist in the organisation of the Holy Trinity meetings.
- To man reception, meet and greet
- To take calls from clients, GP’s and any other statutory body’s and collate information.
- To arrange appointments for clients
- To maintain the filing system
- To maintain data in the computer system using word-processing, databases and spreadsheets
- To process documents relating to the procurement and purchase of goods and services
- Order, and maintain stationery items
- To create and maintain a professional relationship with clients and other members of staff
- To carry out all duties with discretion and confidentiality
- To attend monthly supervision arrangements with Senior Administrator, and prepare work report for same
- General admin duties which include letters/post etc.
- Any other duties requested by manager.
