Reach exists to equip young people to unlock their full potential. The worker will facilitate mentoring programmes and personal development courses to schools within the wider Craigavon area.
Reach has two current job opportunities for a Mentoring Project workers; a 28 hour maternity cover and a 20 hour one year contract.
The posts will involve supporting young people who are at risk of educational exclusion due to behavioural issues and those facing difficult life issues such as family bereavement, low self-worth, substance misuse, etc. In conjunction with the senior management team the worker will develop and implement a range of programmes to meet the needs of young people aged 10 to school leaver with the above mentioned issues.
