We are seeking to recruit an experienced individual for the position of Receptionist/ Administrator based at our Head Office.

Reference Number ARHO/05/15

This position is offered on a temporary 12 month fixed term basis with the possibility of a further 3 month extension. You will assist in the provision of administrative and receptionist services within the Association’s Head Office. You will work as a member of a small team and ensure that a quality service is provided to all our customers and colleagues. Experience in an office environment and working as part of a team is essential.

In addition, the successful candidate should have:

 Essential:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grades A-C  including English and Maths;
  • Minimum of 2 years previous  experience in the provision of quality administrative support and customer service;
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Demonstrate sound interpersonal and communication skills (including report writing)

 Desirable:

  • Experience of using the Microsoft Application Sharepoint
  • Knowledge of Wordpress software to maintain and update website content
  • ECDL: European Computer Driving Licence
  • OCR/RSA Stage II Word Processing or equivalent
  • NVQ in Business and/or Administration
