The Drake Music Project Northern Ireland require the services of MUSIC ASSOCIATE TUTORS in our 3 Northern Ireland studio hubs, in Derry, Newry and Belfast, and also outreach tutoring work from all of these hubs. Training available

TUTORS REQUIRED across all of our workshop sites, and for those interested in becoming a Drake Music associate tutor, tailor made training options are available in order that you can be added to our database of skilled associate tutors.

 

The Drake Music Project Northern Ireland are launching a new series of bespoke training modules to add to the skills base of the Project, creating associate musicians with all of the skills required to be able to manage and deliver our wide range of works

The new courses will commence in November 2016 and can be accessed module by module, based at our studio locations in Belfast, Newry and our brand new studio hub in Derry.

For musicians who take part in training modules to augment their current tutoring skills set, there are associate musician opportunities available with the Drake Music Project Northern Ireland based in Newry, Derry and Belfast, and outreach tutoring work also from all of these sites.

The Drake Music Project Northern Ireland exists to afford musicians with and without disabilities of all ages the opportunity to independently compose and perform their own music using unique music technology.

 

Working from studios in Derry, Belfast and Newry, along with outreach community work from all of these permanent hubs, our team of dedicated and hardworking associate musicians work with our service users to create music through a range of interfaces, each one tailored to the performer’s individual requirements.

 

We are particularly interested in associate musicians who:

  • are passionate about making music and sharing that passion
  • Have an interest/experience in music technology
  • Have experience of working with people with disabilities
  • Are available during weekdays and evenings

 

When you join us, we offer training modules to boost your own skills set, and our next series of these commences in November 2016.
