Maintenance Person

You will be responsible for the maintenance and up keep of all Homecare Housing buildings and equipment, as well as the water, septic, and other systems that affect the functioning of Homecare Housing properties. It is the responsibility of the maintenance person to keep all Homecare Housing properties safe, attractive, and in good condition. You should be innovative, flexible, and able to communicate well with people of all ages and backgrounds. All staff must work in a way that ensures the service is delivered in compliance with relevant legislation, Homecare supported Housing values, policies and practices and contractual requirements
