We have an exciting opportunity to join our team, which has been appointed by Barclays to deliver its LifeSkills Programme to schools and Colleges in Northern Ireland.

We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join our team to prepare, facilitate and deliver LifeSkills workshops for young people in schools/Colleges across Northern Ireland. You will also help prepare Barclays’ employees supporting these workshops. You will be working alongside three part-time facilitators and will track our team’s progress against our objectives and support our engagement with schools and colleges.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will play a valuable role in helping to prepare young people more effectively for the world of work and enhance their employability skills.  

You will have experience/knowledge of the Northern Ireland education system and a demonstrable track record of working with schools and/or colleges. Strong facilitation skills, energy, enthusiasm and self-motivation will be extremely important, as will the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
