Due to organisational growth and a restructure of our support functions we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our HR team. We are pleased to offer the following permanent part time position:
L&D Administrator, Bangor
£15, 202 - £17,086 FTE
25 hours per week
Providing admin support to the Learning & Development Manager for the whole organisation, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of learning and development tasks/disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity for a well organised and proactive individual, with a passion for learning and development, to develop their career within a growing Organisation.
Essential Criteria
1. Minimum of 3 GCSE (or equivalent) passes at Grade C or above which must include English and Maths
2. At least 1 year’s administration experience in an office environment
3. At least 1 year’s experience of using MS Office in the workplace (to include Word and Excel)
Desirable
1. Experience of working in a training/ L&D function or related background
2. Student membership of CIPD
