Niamh has been a leading organisation in the development and delivery of mental health and wellbeing services in Northern Ireland for over 50 years. A dynamic and innovative organisation we currently employ over 500 people.  

Due to Maternity Leave, Niamh are currently looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our award winning HR team based in Central Office.

Human Resources Officer Ref: N-HRO-15-34

Fixed Term Contract to cover a period of Maternity Leave for approximately 4 months (37 hours), Salary Scale £23,016 to £26,954 per annum

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the Human Resources Officer will be responsible for providing customer focussed, comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements.  To support the delivery of the HR strategy ensuring that we provide a value added service in order to meet organisational requirements.
