Head of Workplace

As Head of our Workplace Campaign, you will be responsible for positioning Business in the Community as a leading player in this space. Your role will involve supporting and challenging companies to invest in employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion to help create the best workplaces and employers in Northern Ireland.

This will include responsibility for the leadership, management and development of our Workplace agenda, setting strategic direction, identifying and developing new opportunities, whilst co-ordinating existing programmes. You will also secure buy-in from businesses, develop partnerships, and secure resources and funding to meet the objectives of the role.

The role will also involve leading on the organization and delivery of events and programmes that promote workplace excellence.

As Head of Workplace, you must possess exceptional communication, leadership and management skills and the ability to develop and deliver successfully on a strategic vision.

This full-time position is based in Belfast.
