Floating Support Co-ordinator

Invite applicants for the post of:

FLOATING SUPPORT CO-ORDINATOR (REF: FSC.R4.01)

£24,880 per annum, 37.5 hours per week

Minimum Criteria (a Full Job Description and Personnel Specification is available with an application pack)

• A Relevant Professional Qualification or degree in the field of Housing, Social Care, Community Work, Health Education or related field.
• A Management qualification
• Three years proven track record of working within a housing and/or floating support related service.
• Three years proven project management experience including people management responsibility.
• A valid driving licence and access to a car.  (If disability prohibits driving, the applicant must be able to organise suitable alternative arrangements)
• IT Skills
