Employment Service Coordinator

The post holder will ensure that the highest standard of service is provided to all clients with learning disabilities and learning difficulties to enable them to enter into and sustain employment. They will promote the Employment Service to new employers and maintain good relationships with existing employers in order to secure potential work opportunities for clients. They will develop and maintain good relationships with schools and colleges, statutory bodies, other programme providers, training and employment organisations, social work teams, jobs and benefits offices and all other relevant parties to ensure continued appropriate referrals to the service and positive progression for clients. The post holder will be expected to work as part of a team under the supervision of the Services Manager.
