The ETI wishes to appoint Associate Assessors to support inspection and other aspects of policy work in the pre-school, primary, post-primary, Education Other Than At School (EOTAS), special educational needs provision and youth sectors. The period of tenure is initially for three years, after which the Associate Assessor may be invited to extend their tenure (subject to an annual review).

In addition to working alongside inspectors to enhance and support the inspection process, the role of Associate Assessor provides a valuable professional development opportunity.
