DIRECTOR

The Director is responsible to the Board of Trustees for providing strategic leadership and operational management of the organisation, in order to achieve agreed aims and objectives.

The post-holder will work closely with the Board and NICMA’s Senior Management Team, and plays a pivotal role in wider stakeholder engagement and in informing and influencing policy both in political parties and government departments on behalf of the Childminding sector.

Salary:  £44,011 (under review) + 6% employer’s pension contribution
