This is a varied role including strategic leadership and management; policy lobbying and analysis; public-speaking and acting as a media spokesperson; relationship-building and negotiation; income generation and provision of a wide range of services.
NIFHA represents and leads Northern Ireland’s housing association movement. We lobby and influence, promote our members’ work and provide a range of services.
An authoritative and inspirational leader, your incisive writing skills, persuasive negotiating approach and political acumen will help ensure our voice is heard. We are looking for a Deputy Chief Executive with the vision and influencing skills to effectively represent and support our sector at a time of great challenge and opportunity. You will have the drive and interpersonal skills required to deliver success.
Likely to be educated to degree level, with a background of operating successfully at a senior level, you will have a natural strategic approach and a proven record of engaging and influencing partners in a political environment. Knowledge of housing is desirable but not essential.
