Community Development Worker

• To Promote the physical, social and economic regeneration of the Suffolk area
• To establish and build relationships with a wide variety of statutory and voluntary groups for the benefit of the community and the development of projects.
• To promote and liaise with all necessary agencies, groups and individuals to ensure the implementation of the Neighbourhood Renewal Agenda and Belfast City Council Community Planning Agenda
• To lead the implementation and development of Suffolk Community Forum’s own strategic plan.

The post is currently funded by the Department for Social Development under the Neighbourhood Renewal Programme until March 2016
