Develop and co-ordinate the management of communication channels. Promoting the consistency, and clarity of information and timely delivery, Utilize and develop internal and external communication delivery methods determined by the corporate strategy.

 

                                                                MAIN DUTIES AND TASKS

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 

  • Co-ordinate the publishing of corporate team briefs

  • Manage and promote the effective use of Staff portal and any other developing e based communication systems

  • Develop use of shared drives

  • Manage internal branding and publicity of vision and values across the company

  • Represent the Company at external charity, education and community events to promote HCIL as a responsible corporate citizen

  • Control the release and distribution of all company notices

  • Audit the Companies internal and external communications processes and procedures.

  • Assisting with day-to-day media queries

  • Preparation and publication of key information/statements and policies to the website

  • Researching and contributing to development of new corporate website

  • Research, write and layout key consumer information features

  • Assisting with marketing activities, at special events, with internal/external communications

  • Provide key support when required and on key projects (eg internal communications) and, when needed, on key marketing, events and other projects

  • General administrative and organizational support
