Essential Criteria
Educated to degree level.
Level 3-4 Mentoring or Advisory Qualification.
Minimum 1 years experience of careers education and guidance preferably in an educational setting.
Minimum 1 years experience in a mentoring and advisory role
Driving license and access to a vehicle.
Desirable Criteria
Careers qualification membership of professional body.
Previous experience of psychometric testing.
Experience of providing jobsearch session.
