Extern is a large charity which helps to improve the lives of children and adults facing challenging circumstances and makes communities safer across the island of Ireland.
We work in partnership with a variety of organisations including housing, criminal justice, heath, social services, education, employment and voluntary and community sectors to deliver a range of services.
Supporting Families provide quality services to at ‘risk’ [hardiker level’s 2, 3 and 4] young people aged 8 - 17 years inclusive, and their carers, in need of a high level of individual/family support, delivered with an individual, group and residential context.
Supporting Families is now recruiting for:
Bank Workers, Supporting Families (Ref no. SF/635/08/14)
Projects: various projects across Supporting Families. Bank Work will primarily involve activity based, group work and individual work with 8 – 18 year olds across a range of projects including Pathways, Linx, Youth Support, Time Out, Moving Forward – Moving On and Linden Services.
Hours: As and when required.
Payment: £8.60 per hour.
Payments: Monthly in arrears, by BACS.
Status: Casual (no mutuality of obligation).
