Bank Childcare Workers

The post holder will be responsible to assist the Leader to ensure the overall safety and well being of the children and for implementing the standards laid down by SHSCT and for drawing up appriopriate policies and ensuring compliance with them.

To assist the Leader in the development of a programme of activities.

To assist the Leader to develop an appropriate system of observations and documentation in accordance with Social Service guidelines.

To assist the Leader to develop a system for the monitoring and evaluation of childcare programmes.
