Positive Futures is the leading charity for people with a learning disability, acquired brain injury or autistic spectrum condition and their families.
The role entails supporting children and young people with an autistic spectrum condition to take part in activities which meet their individual needs and aspirations. Duties include offering respite for families / carers and supporting the development of life skills required for the transition to adulthood.
Fixed term position available: 1 June 2015 - 31st January 2017.
The rate is £6.80 per hour (pending review).
