ALCOHOL COUNSELLOR

Requirements:

Professional Counsellor with at least 10 years post qualifying experience in Counselling; and experience of working with clients with alcohol abuse/dependence related issues essential. 

Current registration as a Professional member of BACP/IACP or equivalent required.

Overseas experience in a remote location desirable but not essential.

Duration:         

6 month period (ideally the successful candidate will be available for a period of 6 months on island however an initial shorter scoping visit of 6-8 weeks followed up by an intervention visit later may be considered if this is not possible). 

We will consider applications on a secondment basis.

Salary:

£24-32K per annum (pro rata) dependent upon experience and qualifications. Remuneration package also includes free accommodation and travel to/from the island.
