Enjoy a bank holiday weekend of free family fun and music.
The annual festival, organised by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, will take place on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 August at Loughshore Park, Jordanstown.
Come along and enjoy two days of free family fun and music performances before the bank holiday. Usual favourites such as amusements, band concerts, live music, inflatables as well as zipline, scooter and skate park and retro games arcade will be available on both days.
On Saturday there is a special sensory attraction for Under 5s and puppet shows with a selection of information stalls from local charities and community organisations.
Saturday evening’s entertainment is a must-see for all George Michael fans as tribute band FAITH THE GEORGE MICHAEL EXPERIENCE will get everyone bopping to the popstar’s hits, finishing with a fireworks display.
On Sunday, tribute band ROLL WITH IT will take to the stage to rock the Loughshore to the sounds of Oasis classics. Sunday also provides a chance to hear local singer/songwriter Scott Macaulay live from 5-6pm.
Please note that glass bottles are not permitted at any of the concerts.
With the exception of the amusement rides, all events and activities are absolutely FREE! So be sure not to miss out on fantastic and affordable days out for all the family before school starts back and make your way down to the Shoreline Festival!
