Make a difference by joining our Step Up Trek you will ensure we can reach even more people with our life saving messages and make a massive difference to the lives of those living with Chest, Heart and Stroke illnesses here in Northern Ireland.
We need seventy teams to take on the highest peak of each county in Northern Ireland during a non–stop weekend of navigation and trekking.
Teams must race to conquer 5 summits, through night and day, in a professionally timed event that will be an inspirational journey.
Imagine you and your friends planning an unforgettable weekend and supporting each other going through the highs and lows, right to the finish line.
Each team will include one driver/navigator and at least 2 members must complete each element of the challenge.
This is a unique trekking event, with each team encouraged to plan and tailor their event weekend strategy according to the ability and strengths of their individual team members.
