AWARE Mindfulness Programme cultivates self-compassion, it helps you to relax and recharge and means that you are kinder to yourself and others. Frank Liddy (AWARE’s Mindfulness practitioner) will teach you tools to improve your focus, reduce your stress levels and increase your creativity. As you become aware of your emotions, you learn to become an observer of negative thought patterns. This reduces anxiety and helps cultivate a stress response rather than stress reactivity which in turn improves your sleep patterns, general wellbeing and will help stabilize your mood. Evidence of course hours can be provided for CPD or PDP purposes.
