Help us to make a difference for people living with cancer
We are holding a short focus group in Belfast on 10th March 2015 to give people affected by cancer an opportunity to help us decide our three key NI Assembly election calls.
Macmillan works continuously on a series of campaigns and expansion of cancer support services. There are many issues – medical, emotional and financial - which can accompany a diagnosis of cancer for individuals and their families. We want to highlight three changes which would really make a difference, and get all the local parties to support our calls ahead of the NI Assembly election in 2016.
During the focus group we will discuss a number of current campaign issues, as well as others which have been identified by people affected by cancer in NI. There will also be opportunity for participants to share their experiences and raise additional issues. Travel expenses will be reimbursed and refreshments will be provided. If you would like to contribute but are unable to attend, please get in touch and we can send you a questionnaire.
