This training course has been developed to suit the needs of various different occupational sectors, providing specialist training to nominated staff who will assume the role and responsibility of being a Fire Warden/Marshal within their respective department or work place.
Morning Session will consist of:
- causes of fire and prevention measures – routine maintenance requirements and hazard spotting
- managing fire safely – Incident management
- legal responsibilities including mandatory fire checks
- the location of non-automated fire equipment
- review of the fire escape route and the assembly points
- dealing with disabled persons and evacuation procedures
Afternoon Session will consist of:
- Fire extinguisher practical training
