Employment Policy Review Clinic

This seminar has been developed to assist organisations seeking to review or develop their current employment practices.  Participants will be provided with:

1. A brief overview of the employment law framework relevant to the promotion of equality of opportunity.
2. Self-audit checklists designed to assit participants to quickly benchmark their current policies against recommended best practice in 5 broad policy areas: Working Environment; Terms & Conditions; Recruitment & Selection; Attendance Management and Work-life Balance.
3. An action plan and confidential follow-up support to assist participants subsequently wishing to make changes to their current policies.
4. Signposting to additional relevant guidance & support, including model policies and free employee training.

This will be a flexible and interactive process providing participants with the opportunity to discuss themes most specifically relevant to their own organisation.  Limited to ten places so early booking recommended
