Effective Meetings Workshop

We often find ourselves as either participants or facilitators of group based activities through work, volunteering or in our personal interests. During this time we may find ourselves challenged in a variety of ways, from complex thinking, collaborative working, task orientation, consensus building and planning. Knowing when and how to use some of your time more efectively in supporting these tasks can be immensely useful. The importance of introducing new and dynamic methods for helping the overall process has been proven in many experiential settings.Developing and improving ways to help groups achieve their Key Aims and Objectives (whether formal or informal)  will be of particular value to Youth Workers, Community Development Practicioners, Teachers/Educators, Facilitators and those involved in any regular Group Process/Activity.

The Workshop is fully interactive, fun and has significant opportunities for practical application. The learning environment is informal and encourages full particpation and exploration from those present, ensuring they learn as much as possible during their time.
