A social support network is made up of friends, family and peers. It is comforting to know that people are around if you need to talk and it also gives you a sense of belonging. This 3 hour course will discuss how to build or improve your support network.
ANYONE can attend this course including service users, carers, ALL trust staff and anyone with an interest in mental health.
