£500 Employer incentive available for completion of the full framework!
Level 2/3 Customer Service Training
This Department for the Economy (DfE) funded programme is offered under the Apprenticeship NI programme (also available privately). Suitable for employees that deal with the general public in a customer facing role or by communication on the telephone, by email or marketing.
- Level 2/3 NVQ in Customer Service (QCF)
- Workplace observations arranged to suit company requirements. (We work around you)
- Essential Skills in Communication and Numeracy - candidates with GCSE's grade C or above will be exempt from this part of the framework.
There is no cost to the employer as long as the candidate and employer meet the DfE requirements. The candidate must be under 25 years of age upon starting the programme. The cost of the course will be funded by DfE and the European Social Fund.
