Dementia Friendly East Belfast is offering Free Interactive Dementia Training at the RADAR Centre on Wednesday 17th April at 2pm. The training takes participants to a range of settings to learn how small changes can make a big difference. Training is delivered by a range of agencies including Alzheimer's Society and Belfast Health and Social Care Trust.

Sexual Health Week - FREE HIV Awareness Session

On World AIDS Day, Tuesday December 1st, Positive Life will be hosting an online HIV Awareness session.

Free, practical webinars for employers, organisations or individuals to help build and develop resilience. A series of 5 webinars, every Thursday at 12 noon, starting 28th May 2020, then 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th June 2020. Straightforward, easy to follow and effective. Small steps over 5 weeks will make a big difference!

We have been funded to provide Women, Money & Mental Health Sessions for any Community Group based in N.I The session has 3 experts who cover : 1. Financial Advice 2. Menopause 3. Divorce & Separation.

My name is Philip Martin and I teach yoga and meditation at The 'Ard's yoga and wellness rooms' In Newtownards. On the 3rd of March I am hosting a free demonstration of what I teach from 11.15- 13.15 This workshop is aimed at all those who work within the Charities community or Healthcare profession. This is a volunteer based endeavour which does not require funding, it is something that I simply want to share with those whom I think could benefit from what I teach the most. After the demonstration the participant would be able to evaluate if I can assist them or people that they work with in their professional environment. The workshop is designed to reduce stress and anxiety or any other kind of ailment such as depression or low self esteem. Also with Pain management or associated physical Impairment.
