Involve is a UK-wide charity working to make politics, government and society more open, participatory and deliberative. We want to build a democracy that works for everyone – that gives people real power to effect change in their lives, communities and beyond. Involve was founded in 2003 to “create a new focus for thinking and action on the links between new forms of public participation and existing democratic institutions”. Since then, we have developed world renowned expertise, skills and resources on public participation, open governance and democratic reform.

BREATHE YOGA provides access to the practice of inclusive, adaptive, affordable transformative yoga and wellness classes in diverse locations, creating access to yoga for many that would otherwise not be unable to attend a class. We at Breathe Yoga believe that physical, mental, emotional and interpersonal wellbeing are the foundations of a healthy and productive community. We believe that wellness practices are beneficial to everyone, and should be accessible to everyone.

The Northern Ireland Confederation for Health and Social Care (NICON) is the voice of the organisations in the integrated Health and Social Care system (HSC). Part of the UK-wide NHS Confederation, it is the only membership body for all HSC organisations. At present, the membership includes all HSC trusts and the "regional" organisations (HSC Board, Public Health Agency, Business Services Organisation, and the Patient and Client Council), and five of the smaller HSC bodies. The five Local Commissioning Groups (constituted as committees of the HSC Board) also are in membership.

Urban Community Chef CIC is a not for profit organisation who's ethos is to empower participants to be catalysts for healthier communities through food literacy and cooking education. We have been delivering online group cookery sessions since May to help community groups still feel connected and to have some craic making healthy recipes. We offer hands on, fun, bespoke food & nutrition courses tailored to individuals and groups of all ages. We also offer RSPH accredited food hygiene training for people wanting to get into the food industry or updating an existing certificate.

Meningitis Research Foundation is a leading UK, Irish and international charity working to defeat meningitis wherever it exists. Meningitis and sepsis are together the second biggest infectious killer of children under the age of 5 globally. It strikes quickly and can affect anyone of any age. We are driven by the call of people who have experienced the devastating effects in their lives. Their demand is simple and powerful - to ensure “no other family has to go through what we have”. Our vision is of a world free from meningitis and septicaemia.

Our core aim is to provide purposeful activities to individuals in the Causeway Coast and Glens who want to increase their confidence, motivation and self-belief while learning new skills. We support our clients by teaching them new skills, providing counselling and empowering them with the ability to make a difference in their lives.

Local charity Dementia NI is a membership organisation specifically for people living with dementia. Dementia NI was founded in January 2015 by five people with dementia who wanted to ensure that the voice of people living with dementia is at the core of policy, practice and service delivery across Northern Ireland.
