We are a Community organisation delivering a range of Health & Social Care services; we are based in the Upper Springfield area but deliver our services throughout the whole of the Belfast area.

The Harvest Project is currently running for adults with Down’s Syndrome over the age of 40 and those with parents/carers over the age of 60. The project runs through all Six counties off Northern Ireland.

We are a group of carers who have decided to set up a cross community group in Belleek which will cater for all carers young and old, male and female within the Belleek/ Ballyshannon/ Bundoran area who can meet up once a month in a relaxed fun atmosphere.

Positive Steps Community Centre is managed by Cookstown & District Women's Group and is a disabled neutral venue with an user friendly approach to training.

Camphill Community Holywood was established in 1997. It is a small life sharing community in the centre of Holywood Town. It consists of a residential unit and a Café/Bakery and shop.

The Social Farming Across Borders project has been running for two and a half years and has supported over sixty people who avail of health and social care services in N.I. and the border counties of the RoI to take part in the everyday activity.
