The main aim of the Danny Mills Heart Foundation is to raise awareness of sudden adult/arrhythmic death syndrome (SADS) – specifically in 14-35 year olds.

Belfast Pride is one of the biggest festivals in Belfast – we aim to promote equality, visibility and inclusion for the LGBT+ community in Belfast and we reach up to 60,000 people each year with over 150 events across 10 days.

At Clanmil, we believe that housing is about people. We have come a long way in the last 30+ years, with over 5000 properties and are ambitious to continue to grow and provide great homes, with services that matter.

“Parent Action is a human rights based organisation, which enables and empowers parent carers of children and adults with disabilities/lifelong health conditions, to advocate for their child’s rights in vital public services. We have created a peer advocacy service to help parents express their views on behalf of their child, who often has difficulty communicating, because of his/her additional needs. These views reflect the lived experience of parent carers and give voice to children and adults with additional needs, who are at significant risk of being ignored”.

The Harvest Project is currently running for adults with Down’s Syndrome over the age of 40 and those with parents/carers over the age of 60. The project runs through all Six counties off Northern Ireland.

Mid & East Antrim Agewell Partnership aims to improve the lives of older people aged 50 years and over, living in the Ballymena, Larne & Carrickfergus areas.

Camphill Community Holywood was established in 1997. It is a small life sharing community in the centre of Holywood Town. It consists of a residential unit and a Café/Bakery and shop.

The Social Farming Across Borders project has been running for two and a half years and has supported over sixty people who avail of health and social care services in N.I. and the border counties of the RoI to take part in the everyday activity.
