Dementia Friendly East Belfast is a voluntary campaign to make East Belfast a friendlier place for people living with dementia, their families and friends, and older people. The campaign includes groups such as the Alzheimer’s Society, Dementia NI, businesses, church groups and people living with dementia. The campaign is supported by Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, the Public Health Agency, and it is actively engaged with a number of facilities that support people living with dementia such as Mullen Mews and Syndenham Court.

NB Housing was established in May 2014 following the merger of two local housing associations, Flax and Filor. We have a housing stock of over 950 units predominately located throughout North Belfast. We are continuing to expand our portfolio with properties in the Ardoyne, Lower Shankill, Lower Antrim Road, Cliftonville, Oldpark and various other locations throughout the greater Belfast area.

The New Lodge Housing Forum is an organisation which provide advice and support on all Housing and Environmental issues to the residents of the Greater New Lodge Area. We are an umbrella Body representing 9 Residents Groups in the Area, these being Upper New Lodge, Lower New Lodge Upper Long Streets, Henry Street, Carlisle, Victoria Parade, Duncairn parade, Buralee/Pinkerton and Duncairn Gardens Flats. We liaise between residents and the Housing Executive to provide information, discuss repairs issues and deal with inquiries on all housing related issues.

Clan Mor Sure Start is located in the Falls and Clonard areas of Belfast. We work with other agencies, parents and children to ensure every child and parents of a child under 4 have access to advice, information and services they need to give their children the best start in life and enhance their family lives.

BREATHE YOGA provides access to the practice of inclusive, adaptive, affordable transformative yoga and wellness classes in diverse locations, creating access to yoga for many that would otherwise not be unable to attend a class. We at Breathe Yoga believe that physical, mental, emotional and interpersonal wellbeing are the foundations of a healthy and productive community. We believe that wellness practices are beneficial to everyone, and should be accessible to everyone.

The Peter McVerry Trust was established in 1983 by Fr Peter McVerry the charity works with individuals at risk of, or experiencing homelessness, primarily in the Dublin region.

Kilcreggan Homes provide supported living for its tenants ensuring they have choice and control over their lives.

We are a programme offering paid placements in housing, communities and the built environment across Scotland, Northern Ireland and England.

Crossfire Trust is based in a rural setting and offers support to those in the South Armagh area who need a listening ear or accommodation. We also run a second hand shop to help support families on low income.

Community Support assists newly released prisoners to avoid re-offending and improve their self-confidence through support and encouragement.

Victoria Housing Estates (VHE)is a housing charity based in Holywood.

All year around Support, Facilities and Special Offers for Carers and Cancer patients, consisting of Complementary Therapies, Accommodation, Walks on 95 acres of farm and woodland and use of Quiet Room exclusively for those using "Embrace"

Action MS provides a range of social care services for people living with multiple sclerosis, their families and carers throughout in Northern Ireland. Our services include information, advocacy, groups, reflexology and a holiday home in Portstewart.

Head Injury Support provides a range of services that support adults with an acquired brain injury as well as their carers and other family members.

The Northern Ireland Housing Association Charitable Trust (NIHACT) is a charity run by the Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations (NIFHA) that helps housing associations maximise their social impact for the people and communities they serve.

Our core aim is to provide purposeful activities to individuals in the Causeway Coast and Glens who want to increase their confidence, motivation and self-belief while learning new skills. We focus on supporting people who have special or additional needs, mental health issues, are long-term unemployed or are undertaking community service. We support our clients by teaching them new skills, providing counselling and empowering them with the ability to make a difference in their lives.
