Women’s Aid Newry was founded in 1983 in response to the urgent need to provide vital support and accommodation to women and children victims experiencing domestic violence. Our work is underpinned by an ethos of self help, mutual respect and support.

We are a group of carers who have decided to set up a cross community group in Belleek which will cater for all carers young and old, male and female within the Belleek/ Ballyshannon/ Bundoran area who can meet up once a month in a relaxed fun atmosphere.

Ardoyne Youth Club is a registered charity and has been delivering youth provision within the Ardoyne area of North Belfast for nearly 50 years. As an organisation we are very much aware of our role within the community, offering targeted youth provision.

Supporting local Women, their children and families

The WELL Project aims to maintain well being and build resilience of women with mental health needs. Through a peer led approach, we provide support and activity programmes to women with long standing mental health needs within greater Belfast.

Newpin provides a conduit between community, voluntary and statutory organisations for inclusion development and referral within family support services.

Camphill Community Holywood was established in 1997. It is a small life sharing community in the centre of Holywood Town. It consists of a residential unit and a Café/Bakery and shop.

The Abbeyfield Belfast model is to provide quality accommodation for older people, combined with a comprehensive support service that not only encourages independent living in later life but also encourages companionship and links to the local community.

ABBEY SureStart provides services for parents and children aged 0-4, in the following wards: Abbey,Cloughfern, Coole, Dunanney, Part of Monkstown, Valley, Whitehouse & Glenville.
