HSC users and carers wanted to help shape future digital services

Health and Social Care Board

The creation of a single digital record for everyone in Northern Ireland is moving a step closer, with work underway to select a partner who will help deliver and implement a new system across HSC.
The system will allow healthcare professionals to access patient information on a range of handheld devices, wherever they are, safely and securely.
They will also be able to update records in 'real-time', make notes electronically, prescribe medicines, order tests and communicate with patients and users.
People will be able to view their own information, manage appointments and communicate electronically with those who provide their care.
As part of the procurement process we're now looking for HSC users and carers to take part in helping shape HSC digital services.
If you have a recent or current experience of HSC services or care for someone and have an interest in service improvement and digital technology, you can get more details and register at: https://buff.ly/2QjcT7O
